Uganda's Rugby Cranes plan to achieve core status in 2017

The opening two rounds of the World Sevens Series in Dubai and Cape Town saw the inclusion of 3 teams from Africa including a guest appearance from Uganda. The Rugby Cranes have used the opportunity to play against some of the best teams in the world and are now planning to become regulars in the circuit. CCTV's Sias du Plessis reports .
