For those asking why the escort, this is common practice in Lybia for tourists because it’s such a dangerous country. They only recently started allowing tourist visas given they’re less than 15 years removed from a totalitarian regime and are still recovering. Basically, they’re trying to improve their image and protect anyone who is interested in tourism there.

Have to agree on the quality of the hair cuts. In my younger days, I worked in the middle east at a private school teaching English. The local barber I went to had no power implements. Hand operated clippers, sharp scissors, sharper razor and a comb were all he used. He even used a smoldering punk to sear the ends after he finished. The two years went by much too fast...

This is something truly prevalent in the Islamic country or Arabic country... barber shops are cheap. European or Canadian or USA barber shops are just from another planet 😂😂😂 in Saudi Arabia or GCC you can easily obtain your full haircut and beard trimming for only $10 or less
