Great performance. The Cats have injuries from key players, but they have depth. They're missing Guhle but the guys filling in are killing it. Beat the reigning champs on a Saturday whilst still in the playoff hunt for the WC Spot. Definitely a good night, the hunt for getting the WC Spots have been entertaining and competitive.

With how electric the Bell Center is, I think that something magical is bound to happen in Montreal. As someone who’s been very conservative with my Habs predictions this year, I think that this energy will propel them to the playoffs. Once there anything can happen and I think they could pull off an upset in the first round as WC 2 against Washington. The fact that they are doing this without Guhle and a respectable second line is miraculous. Not to mention the best is yet to come with Demidov’s arrival next and more help along the way. GO HABS GO!!!
