A modern Western inspired by the real-life “no man’s land” areas along the Texas-Mexico border. While out on a father-son border patrol, Jackson accidentally kills a Mexican immigrant boy. When his father tries taking the blame, Jackson flees south on horseback, becoming a gringo “illegal alien” in Mexico. Pursued from either side by Texas Rangers and Mexican federales, he journeys across Mexico to seek forgiveness from the dead boy’s father only to fall in love with the land he was taught to hate.

Subtitles clueless. They sing/converse/hear music & up goes: 'Speaking a Foreign Language!' News Flash: This is a Texas/Mexico border drama. 'Foriegn language' is 'Spanish' throughout.

Watched this movie last night and was disappointed. There were a lot of missing plot holes that could of easily been addressed but not. It's as if they just green lit the first draft of the script and shot it.

It was done pretty good but the message is so annoying and unrealistic.

It slaps you in the face with how evil you are if you dare preserve your own life with firearms against illegal trespassers on your private property.

Obviously we should see those who want a better life in America as humans and we should have empathy but it has a very naive message about how we accomplish such a thing
