Criminal Justice & Judiciary and Rules & Reference Cmtes.: Local Impact Of Marijuana Penalties

Council President Shannon G. Hardin and Councilmember Shayla Favor will convene a joint hearing of the Criminal Justice and Judiciary and the Rules and Reference committees to examine the local impact of marijuana penalties, how these penalties and associated records create barriers to employment, and what tools are available to the City of Columbus to ensure all residents access to good-paying jobs.
