You could've at least mentioned that python is in no way suitable for this kind of application. While it's simple and flexible, it's not fast. If you really need the speed, you're much better of writing it in something more low-level, like C or Rust. And in case of Windows I think I once stumbled upon a program that was detecting which program's window you're currently hovering over, injecting its code into that program, mapping your cursor position to the window and emulating clicks from inside the program, achieving absurd speed. TLDR: python bad
