Differences if your lazy (all i can find):
•When the pole appears for the 3rd time, she is grinning on the twitter version but smirking on the youtube one.
•when she is stuck in the hole in the wall for the first time, her animation is quicker on the twitter version than the youtube version.
•the photos on the phone is different between the two.
•and obviously the ending is very different.

I noticed that if you want to tell the difference between the two early you have to pay attention to Miku’s facial expression during the sort of second part of her dancing after we see her somehow in some way stuck in the wall for the first time we see her smile with her teeth in somesort of seductive way in the twitter version and smile normally for the youtube version
