How to Make a Neon Sign LED Part 2 (feat. CNC Cut Back Panel)

Here a sign maker with over 30 years of experience in the field and 12 years of experience selling and developing LED products for the signage industry explains how you can create a custom-made LED neon sign using LED Neon Flex.

You'll need the following items:

Acrylic panel (between 5mm and 10mm thick) with your design cut out using a CNC, approximately 3.5mm deep and 6mm wide.

I've been making LED neon signs for a few years. First time I've seen the MitreBond brand of glue...going to try it! I always leave the protective covering on the face to be sure I don't mess it up with glue. Then peel it off after completed. Very thorough video!

Your video is the best so far. Making time to talk about the history is mind-blowing. I have been trying to learn this skill for sometime but always get confused on where to get things like the acrylic board(type or specs), where to make the design cuts, whether to use led and cover with neon strips or just just prefixed neon led lights. I really need helpful 😢.
