Is it a Bad Thing? Have you ever stopped to think about it?

As a kid I used to take for granted that there are different races, and that racism is merely treating people differently or disliking someone based on their race. Then I fell for the lie. I now am a race realist; "racist" seems like an unnecessary word to describe it. Just my view on it.

I call myself a race realist. Equality does not exist in nature, and that includes us. "We are not them, they are not us" is an innocent phrase that I sometimes use, and often receive grief for it.

This is just my musing on this topic, but if I am correct most animals tend to group together with similar animals. They are not doing this for some abstract reason . They don't need a study in order to do this and are certainly not bothered with IQ. They group with animals that look the same as them. However, when we discuss these things for humans we have to find some 'scientific' reason like genetic differences or some other internal property which is not externally manifest. So even here the idea is that you can not differentiate simply on appearance.

Originally, the word "racist" meant someone who subscribed to the idea that race was a reality. It had no element of bigotry.

You can be called Racist for anything now. Don't like Indian food?, Racist. Don't like the fact there are 5 pizza shops within 50 yards of each other?, Racist.
