These are some great tips, I’m definitely going to start including time stamps and try to shorten the length. Thank you.

Man you’re great, the work you’re doing is essential to this generation of creators. I have over 247k FACEBOOK followers and I am refocusing on YT. This gives me focus. If there’s anything my channel can do if only referring people here. It’s done. Cheers and New Years blessings 💯 🎥 life 👍🏽

I prerecord the first 8 minutes its made a great difference. Do you think if i go for an hour and a half or 2 i should just trim it all the way down?

Excellent points. I don't watch many replays because too often there's mucho dead space. The more faces I see, the less I'm likely to watch. One-on-one interviews can be good if things keep moving but when it descends into chit-chat I soon bail. The more faces, the greater the chance of tedious blah-di-blah and in-jokes unless the host is good.

If you edit your countdown timer off for the replay, don't you lose the live chat? A lot of my stream is interacting with the audience, so if I remove the chat, the replay will not make as much sense. Thoughts?

I do LIVE STREAMing from the road on my phone and switching from one window to the next makes SY glitch and I have to rejoin my own stream.
Also, there are some panel member guests I am not able to add to the stream. Any help?

I need to figure out how to cut the countdown out in youtube editing cause I only use it right now to give my guests time to get ready if we are talking about other stuff and telling them to get their head in the game

If you edit the video (front or end) afterwards, you lose the live chat replay no?

I'm not sure if anyone has experienced this, but during our livestream we occasionally get a "crackling" sound. I've optimized my laptop, checked for driver updates, checked for Chrome updates, and restarted my laptop; but it still seems to occur regularly. I'm using a Shurve MV7 with an XLR cable and PodTrak P4. Thanks!
