"She says she's a woman" - that's not proof, "she was born a woman" - we don't know that: all we know is that those present at her birth THOUGHT it was a female baby, but that is what happens with DSD males, who are wrongly assigned female status and brought up as such. Sometimes the mistake is discovered when they have male puberty, sometimes it still goes unnoticed. And - correct me if I'm wrong - I don't think it's possible to have a "trace" of XY. She was not born female. She has DSD. She has both female and male sex organs. Perhaps her female organs were dominant so she was declared female, but I do not see a female when I look at her. She has strong male characteristics in her face and muscle development. Also, to the blond woman, you don’t have traces of XY chromosomes. The IBA stated her genetic testing showed XY chromosomes.
