Pay close attention and try to listen for all the added subtleties and textures, particularly with the vocals. This song is a masterclass on producing music.

The writing and performance are top tier too, but it’s so apparent how much of thought and creativity went into that polishing phase and the final tying of the bow, just to push the whole thing over the top.

My favorite is the little “nah na na na naah nah” after the “my girlfriends” line. So simple, but such a perfect example of something that is more than the sum of its own parts.
