Love the video! In any situation with suspension, not just RCG, if the rebound speed is slowed down, will the rate at which the fork compresses also be slowed down?

I have a fox Rhythm converted with marzocchi coil and the new MRP lift damper /blue tune. I also have the tigon on the rear and struggling to get it to ride right. This is on a 23 evo elite alloy. I’m riding northstar tomorrow and going to try this. When you say full coast on rebound is that toward the - or the plus? Would the plus be adding more rebound?
