One killed, three injured at Redding motel stabbing incident; suspect in custody

At around 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 8, the Redding Police Department said their dispatchers received multiple calls reporting a stabbing at Market Street Manor Motel. According to the witnesses, several individuals had been stabbed, and the suspect had fled the scene on foot.
