WOW! George looks like he could easily be a Vietnam veteran - he looks 20 years off his age EASILY! I love these older brothers with their stories full of history and automotive experience! Thanks Geoff!!

Great story and great old Mopar racer! Love his car. I started racing Mopars in 1970. Best drag cars ever!

I’ve watched this video several times. It would be nice if you could do more interviews like this. They’re an absolute treasure to see, hear, and watch. A magazine article just doesn’t catch the owners spirit and personality like an interview.

So cool. A guy who actually bought the car new, ordered from a dealer, and still has it in such perfect condition after all these years. My hat`s off to George!

Great car and interview, Geoff👌 George is a very funny guy🙂 To be honest, this is probably the first time I've seen an A12 RR with a manual and center tunnel. Very interesting. I thought the car had either a Hurst manual on the floor (without center console) or an automatic column shifter.

His is the very best looking one too, black on black. I love those 6 pack hoods, the Bauman Boundary Layer scoops are the best looking and most functional ever.

Good old Keystones, I always thought they looked really heavy (literally) !

I have an A-12 Six BBL Setup sitting on a shelf in my shop... It even has the correct air breather still! all three Carbs. have the same date of manufacture, with the center Carb. being coded for an automatic!

Not many came with a console and 4 speed.

I'd love to believe this is a TRUE STORY. Fool me once though, with super, sketchy and totally UNREMARKABLE Hemi Cuda with such street race stories attatched and I can tell you that I was taken in because I wanted to believe it. The end result of that deception: I'm no longer willing to buy into these stories nearly so quickly. This A12 car is indeed pretty cool! street racing stories I'm no longer even remotely interested in. Probably mostly BS. If he's telling the unvarnished truth that's a shame because it's not his fault I'm so skeptical these days. He can thank Gregory Qualls for that.
