Basically what we did here was
Construction AP then,
Angle ABP=angle ACP(angles on the same segment)
Then,
Angle ABP=angle QBD(vertically opposite)
Then, we did the first step again but in the other circle,
Construction DQ then,
Angle DBQ= angle DCQ(angles in the same segment)
Since,
angle ABP= angle DBQ,
Angle ABP=angle ACP,
angle DBQ=angle DCQ,
therefore,
Angle ACP=angle DCQ
Hence proved!
