[589] Brand New American Standard Madera

-I believe this was at a Casey's General Store near Peoria, but I'm not sure.

Newly installed, as can tell by the new script logo, and has a nice flush. Also installed is a Sloan Uppercut flushometer valve. Works very well for this style Madera.
