Mugendi M'Rithaa - Cape Town's World Design Capital bid 2014

Mugendi M'Rithaa is an industrial designer, educator and researcher at the faculty of informatics and design at Cape Peninsula University of Technology. He is also a World Design Capital 2014 bid committee member and an executive board member of ICSID -- the International Council of the Societies of Industrial Design and the World Design Capital project coordinators. He gives us his insights into why 2014 will be a significant year and what Cape Town design has to do with driving a development agenda.
