I love the daisy trim! The idea for the hair straightener is brilliant! Always enjoy seeing your hauls and especially hearing your ideas of what you will use the items for. Have a great weekend!

Wow! I never thought to check for belts. Thanks to you, I now check for scarfs, fabric, books, craft stuff and games for kids. I finally found a Garden Planner book and have enough tags for the rest of my life. LOL Thank you so much Kim! Always inspiring!

Oh I LOVE the suitcase!!! Yes the flat iron will "iron" the ribbon. I use a normal curling iron as well on ribbon :). These are some great ribbons and material! Oh I like your idea for the belt with the chains! TFS!!

Hi Kim! Terrific haul! Love that suitcase and hope you can work out a closure for it. So many wonderful goodies but I think the belts at the end are my favorites. So many possibilities! Thanks for sharing.

Hi Kim! I bought a hair straightener for $4 from Dollarama - it was the must have item of 2021 - and that's exactly what I use it for, I "iron" small pieces of fabric and ribbon. If you have seen any videos by Cori Dahmen, you would see that she does that as well as she also dries small glue projects with it. Oh, and I have a math tip for you, I used to subtract discounts to figure out the price of things and then I learned to do it the other way - for example, if you got 30% off a $4 item, multiply $4 by 7 = $2.80 (for 70% percent) instead of multiplying $4 x 30% and then subtracting. PS - I wrote a comment earlier but it disappeared. I sent you a message via messenger. Thanks again for sharing your haul!

Nice items found! The flat iron for hair is really great for small pieces. I paid the same price as you for mine and it works very well. There is even a button to ajuste the heat which is good depending on the fabric or paper used. thanks for sharing. Merci Kim.

What a terrific haul! I can’t believe the prices! (Thrift stores here are so expensive.)
Love the upholstery fabric! And this belts! You’re such a good picker! 😘

I love that poetry book and the cover. Its gorgeous. The blue sari and lace is a gorgeous color. I see some beautiful journal covers with that fabric as will. That blue flower fabric is stunning. That rose fabric is so pretty. You hit the jackpot on that black lace. Your thrift stores have such great prices. The belt with the turquoise will be great on a journal cover. Congratulations to the winner. I shared your video, hoping you get to 1500 soon. :-)

Hi Kim - did you mention that you are down East? For some reason I was thinking you were in Ontario. Yes, I manage to thrift well also - my friends can go with me and I still find the items before they do lol
I have been finding never opened stamps from 'that arts and crafts' store never opened. All alphabet stamps different sizes that I didnt have. I also found some awesome glitter cardstock that the lady must have thought it was just white paper and I got about 250 sheets for 50Cents. I also found this week a great SU whale tale rectangular punch which I have been loving! Love the antique book! That is great. I have got to destash some old CTMH and SU stamps as I have no room - ok bedtime for me - tfs
