We've had that happen to us...those "Should've bought it" moments since we've started reselling a year and a half ago. One was actually a white ceramic Christmas tree with green bulbs. We didn't buy it because the tip that holds the star was broken off. But we've realized we would've kept it for ourselves so we could've reattached the tip and no one else would've known. We call those moments "learning experiences"!

You can get the Cutco block rubber feet shipped to you. I found mine in a thrift store and they sent me the feet for free and was able to flip for an easy profit. Love the videos!

On those ceramic Christmas trees you need to pay attention to the light pegs. There’s a light peg called Astro glitter and a set of those could be worth almost as much as some of those trees.

18:09 as you're reading off the names of people that sign the book, the voice and tone that you're using, You're probably staying semi whispered because of where you're at But it reminds me of the old "Romp er Room" TV show from forever ago. You need to hold up a handheld mirror that has the mirror taken out of it so you can look right through it and start with the old magic words that she would say so that she could look at you through the TV, "Romper stomper bomper boo, tell me, tell me, tell me do, Magic Mirror tell me today, did all my friends have fun at play?" Then you start reading the names.
