Wow, this is an amazing video! I am not a nurse, I am a lab scientist and blood banker, so my view of this subject is very different. I watched this video to understand the floor's POV so I could provide better service and have a common ground explanation. Great video, thanks for education everyone on these important topics for patient care. One thing I noticed in this video minute 8:14 describes that 1 unit of platelets(6pack) volume is only 50 mLs... when to my knowledge a 6 pack should have around 200-300 mLs. Thanks for any feedback.
