If you have tight hips, feel like it's impossible to activate your glutes, have poor balance on one foot, or just plain feel like your inner thighs need some help, foam rolling your adductors should be a part of your training regimen.

Mine are insanely sore. I decided to try this after some inner knee area issues. I also have some sort of hip area issue on the same side so hopefully it will help. Thanks.

It CAN be an indication of tightness and stiffness in the inner thighs, but poor one foot balance isn't the ONLY indicator. Worst case is you develop some better mobility in your inner thighs. Not too risky an experiment!

The easier way to get these muscles is to just lie on your side in fetal position with the roller between your legs, adjusting the weight, angle, and location of the roller as is comfortable.

Interesting, is poor one foot balance an indication of something with your inner thighs? I'm working on knee issues and someone suggested to foam roll my inner thighs, but I have great one leg balance...guess it won't hurt!
