I am certain that this decision was given significant consideration and not done in frivolous manner.
It was indeed a difficult decision to make.

While some might see it as an act that will leave the Democrat Party vulnerable, it is an opportunity to find a candidate that can appeal to both parties for the sake of democracy and future of this country.

I am a Democrat.
But, most importantly, I am an American.

My greatest desire, moving forward, is to have a leader that can represent the citizens of this country with respect, fairness, truth, equality, and most importantly, the same goals as EVERY American -- life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Thank you for your service and your significant contributions toward rebuilding and preserving our nation, President Biden.
