You guys should do an XL Krystal for a limited time at least. 1/8th pound patty, 4 pickles, and a bigger Krystal bun of course. I copy your guys burgers all the time. I put one pound of 80/20 chuck in between two pieces of wax or parchment paper and use a roller to make thin as possible. I season w s/p and take a ruler and make 3 by 3 inch squares then freeze. I take a white onion and grate on a box grater and slice my own dill pickles super thin. Take meat out of freezer and break patties. Bake at 300 degrees w 1 tb. of onion on each burger for 15 min or so. I then steam the buns, add 2 pickles and zig zag the mustard. I like frying crinkle fries. I can get 12 Krystals, buns, pickles, 1 onion and fries for around $10
