The best way is to rent a short let flat and go. As an example in Pattaya you could get a flat for $100 per month. But if you go to a hotel it could be as much per day!

I don't link you've dona a video on Japan.I 'd lloke to hezr your thoughts about it.I know it's a bit appropo, but...I once stayed in a hostel in Memphis ( USA) & had to clean the toilets. It was the only hostel there so not much choice - one cannot stay at the Stax museum, or Gracelands..
