P.S. he is eating that powder with a fork because he is a professional. A spoon can and will carry liquid nitrogen if there were any at the bottom of that bowl. And if he put liquid nitrogen in his mouth, he will get a cold burned tongue/mouth instantly. Without having time to spit out anything.
