Great tour video. Very well explained; clear, concise and well articulated. Your speaking style is easy to listen to, well modulated, well paced and with a neutral accent (for an American, that is!)

KEEP THE TV... throw your logo up on the screen when filming. or have a video of one of your youtube friends playing to give them a plug.

Just saw this video today on 1/1! This was excellent for me as I just received my sawstop which is kicking off the need to re-run electrical, finish the interior, put up cabinets, determine where the big stuff is going, etc. The way you have your "tool wall"/assembly/clamp wall mirrors the design I sort of already have (but need to massively upgrade) and reaffirmed my instincts on that area. So so relevant for me. Thank you!

The mini split is a great addition to a shop for winter and summer. I live in a cold winter climate so I plan to add hydronic floor heat in the concrete floor slab. My cousin in Alaska sold me on hydronic floor heat.

Can't say enough positive things about your content. You have obviously developed a great grasp of wood working in a short period of time. The thing I really like is your presentation skills. Very engaging, even my wife finds it interesting which is saying a lot! lol. Thank you so much for your video. I am currently in the process of moving to a new shop going from a 25x28 shop to a 34x34 and want to try and avoid some of the mistakes I have made in the last couple of shops I have had. Lots of good ideas and nice to hear the logic behind it. Cheers John

Great tour! Spending time on details gave me ideas for my new shop I'm 80% complete. Example: The miter station with removable cover and shallow drawer to allow dust and small cut offs to fall into for later disposal.

Nice tour! I’m in the process of designing/building my own work shop. Between Sedge and you I will definitely include your design ideas! Thanks again for all your videos.

For your lumber storage, you could add little tether from ceiling to the lowest rack.

Let’s acknowledge the fact that that clamp and woodpecker wall is like a $6k wall 😎. I just started grabbing woodpecker rules and things and man I can’t wait till I organize my tools like u have done ! Well done 💪🏾

Great shop tour Jason. Regarding the clamps... I made a drawer with low profile casters at all four corners and put my most used clamp in it and it slides under my workbench. So far it has worked out great. If need be I can wheel it out, tilt it up and lean it against one end of the workbench which keeps them out of the way until I need them.

Drill a small hole through top bora bracket and bottom bora bracket, then attach small bungee cords securing the lumber in place as they vibrate to the edge over time with the opening/closing of the door. I suggest this so its easy to just unhook the lower connected bungee cords to get at any wood and they will just dangle until you secure them back in place.

Thanks for the tour Jason. I built a new 30x40 shop this year, but lost 12x18 to my wife for her computer/media room and a 5x12 sauna room at my wife's urging, but I still have a lot of the space for my shop. I'm slowly piecing things together and your tour helped me think of a few things I want to incorporate. Hope your new year is prosperous and your woodworking time abounds!

Good stuff 😀. Agree on the mini split - I just put one in my new shop. A real luxury to be comfortable when is freezing outside.
