Thank you so much. My grandpa isn’t doing to well. He’s a guitar and mandolin player in a local small bluegrass band. He taught me guitar. By guilt at first but now I play because I love it. I asked him one day what song he’d want at his funeral if I sang for him. He told me this. Thing is.. I might be able to play it but I’m not sure I’ll sing it through without cracking. 🙏🏼

Thank you for doing this for this person. Sorry for their loss. I played this one seems like a million times when my best friend passed away from cystic fibrosis in 2001.

Robbie I have learned a lot from you pal I’m 60 years old I have been in love with the guitar since I was 12 I know so many cords but here is the down side it’s a shame I do not know still how to really play. My older brother is a music man owes his own studio and he is not bad but he tells me it’s a ashamed I still can not play in front of people nor do I know once you know cord you are playing in I cannot play by ear. He did teach me the simple number system 1, 4, 5 once I know what cord you are playing in. I believe in practice and a lot of practice I do. I have so enjoyed learning your ways of playing some of my favorite songs. I have been told I have great voice yet again I cannot remember the lyrics of the song I sing without the lyrics, I have battled with this over 40 years. I find joy looking at your videos and playing so many favorite songs. I just wanted to tell you I appreciate your videos… in the comfort of my own home I enjoy playing songs on my guitars with you. God bless you Sir ! Barry Warren 💙✝️🏆🇺🇸🎼

I just learned this song to play to my Nephew who I lost last week. I’m overseas and couldn’t be there with my family, but I was able to play this one for my brother(his father). Thanks a lot brother.

Thank you for this brother. You've never let me down. We have to bury my bass player and my closest friend next Friday. He always wanted this performed at his memorial service. Thank you

Hey Robbie, I’d love if you could make an attempt at The Truth is Lying Next to You by Randy Travis. It has a great sounding intro I just can’t figure out. Appreciate the work you do, I’ve learned many of songs on your account. Thanks
