The main thing I love about ultron in the MCU is his irony.
He keeps denying that he’s similar, or even related to stark but time and time again he proves himself to be the most alike to stark. All of his lines also reflect his actions one way or another

“I had strings but now I’m free”, he was free for a moment but vision shut him out of the net causing him to lose his freedom in a way, showing that he wasn’t bound by physical strings, but bound by the strings of fate, that no matter how much he tried to bring change fate still had him tied by the neck

“People create the thing they dread” is a perfect example of his irony cause he created vision which proves to be his undoing

It took Thanos a lifetime to come to the conclusion to kill half the population.

It took Ultron 30 seconds on the internet before he wanted to wipe out humanity.
