Buffet owns billions of real estate and he owns as a share holder the too 3-4 building companies who build homes. Berkshire Hathaway is a powerhouse and not just a stock guy. Idk why are we comparing or using buffet as comparisons because buffet has and been the top 1-6 richest ppl in the world. Robert had a great book run, but its a reason why he has to do youtube appearances, seminars, and has a channel, and why u cant see his networth or anything he owns. I’ve always wonder this for about 15years. Ppl can tell u anything to make it sounds good, all these units shld be available to the public eye, because if u know about real estate and portfolio buying u know this info is easily attainable. How come we cant see any of these so called assets he has? I thought his book was brilliant, but lets keep it there. Buffet is in another league than Robert im sorry. And vlad knows this thats y he keeps asking questions that he know robert can’t answer.

And the teacher part, I picked up on that the last year watching him.. people are drawn to different leaders, once you listen to a few, you figure them out. Robert is more sophisticated. People like Dave are for the average. You will have to really change your thinking, and the way you been taught to understand him

This is what I don't get about Kiyosaki. The guys promotes bitcoin which has a bad record, scandals and doesn't produce anything tangible but tells people not to invest in the stock market which has a good record, and represents ownership of tangible companies that make tangible things.... doesn't seem consistent. I've made my mind up on Kiyosaki. He's 100% correct in defining the difference between an asset and a liability. He's also correct that finance is something people should continuously learn. Outside of that i don't think his advice is sound
