It's a valuable video . Who can think this sort of a multiple parts failed machine can make alive. You are really genius . Thank you for the sharing of your knowledge .

I enjoyed your video. I love to see something that is 90% good and only 10% faulty being restored to good health. I have made my own bearing pullers out of square tube, nut and thread but I like your use of thread, nut and large washer, clever and very simple.

Hat down .... You're repairing tools that no one in our country would waste time with. If I understand correctly, it is probably a necessity for you for you, it is definitely fun. You can see she's having fun. Your videos are informative. Good job.👍

Apart from the Genius strip down and repair, not forgetting the variable speed addon, what impressed me was this was all done without "specialist tools and that to me is very important as a lot of those tools by definition are not going to be in regular use and can be expensive.
Brilliantly done and I subscribe on this vid alone👏👏

Very competent.
Really professional.
Don't understand why anyone would give you a thumb down for this.
I do repairs like this all the time.
I guess those people who have given you the thumb down just don't understand your expertise.
But I am very impressed.
Big thumb's up from me!

EDIT:
But really ?!?
All that work for a *_PARKSIDE ?_*
Haha!

I am utterly speechless and amazed at what I just watched. I'd love to have the knowledge you have just to at least least save tools such as my belt sander. The release arm on the side decided to break on me so I had to devise some method of replacing it but in the process, it's been making some rather nasty noises but to be fair it's had a hard life so I'll just put it to rest and source another one. Thank you for this amazing video mate.

Pretty impressive to show what can be done, particularly fabricating a complete end cap/switch holder. Even though it would probably be cheaper to buy a new one, 'recycling' into a useful tool is worthwhile when you have time (or your 'hourly rate' is lower than time taken for repair compared to buying new)

Encore bravo !
