Completely useless customer service. They arranged to collect the watch and take it back to their service center to fix the pairing issue between the watch and headset, but have returned it with no resolution. Do not by this watch it you plan to listen to music on the go by storing music on the watch. Completely useless.

This watch looks good, but the software is full of bugs. I'm unable to pair 2 of my headphones with the watch and the phone app pairing with the watch constantly drops. As a result, none of the smart watch functionalities can be used and synched with your phone. Until Noise fixes these issues I would not recommend purchasing this watch. I have complained numerous times, and while the customer service calls back, they are unable to provide any resolution.
