Celebrities sites are not great for earning, I've one recently hit by Algo Update, empv is about 5-6$, I've 60k traffic, and also the contents are quite same for different websites, which often triggers as copied contents. I even know few other fellow in that niche they have also big giant site but they have same issue of Epmv, copying and others.

But the traffic is in decline and looks like its been hit by the Google update as you mentioned

I honestly don't see any opportunity here unless someone is 100% sure they can recover the website

But for me a traffic decline and being hit by a Google update is a red flag

That's just my personal opinion
