After two Bolt EV's now we have the 2023 EUV which we think is the best Bolt yet. Love the heated cooled seats (nicest so far in Bolts) and HD rear view mirror (only in the EUV). GM did something else, they moved the HD rear view mirror sensor to above the rear window under the spoiler. Now it stays clear in all kinds of weather - great!

I've driven older nissan leaf, New mustang Mach-e, and Tesla Model Y....and none of them compare to the Bolt's one pedal driving experience! I don't know why the other manufacturers don't create heavier regen!! It only makes driving more pleasurable. For me, it's a deal-breaker. You HAVE to have heavy regen. Plus, another thing that I cannot live without is 360 degree full surround camera AND rear view mirror camera. I am convinced ELON MUSK has never driven a car with rear view camera. He would have it in every Tesla. It almost makes side mirrors obsolete. You have such a wide rear field of view, you can "almost" see right up to 90 degrees from your rear bumper! PLUS!! it's so clear at night. Where you might just see headlights behind you at night, the camera makes everything so clear. It's a significant safety feature. I would never go back. So, for those of you debating whether to spend extra to get these features, GO AHEAD! You won't be dissappointed. As a matter of fact, you won't be able to live without them. That's why I wouldn't even buy a Tesla at this point, unless they incorporate these features.

I currently drive a 2019 Chevy Cruze. I wish that I could afford a Bolt. With the current interest rates and the difference in price between my end of the year 2019 Cruze ($15, 900) and the current Bolt price, even without the cost of gas, it would cost more than I'm spending now. The interior space looks similiar to my Cruze. It's not gigantic, but for my family of 4, it works. It seats me, my 5'10" 21 year old son, and my two teen boys (5'6" and 5'8") sitting in the back. My oldest does have a friend who is 6'3", so he's better off sitting in front where he can adjust the seat. If you're single or a couple, you're tall, and don't have older kids, the space probably isn't an issue. I like the extra hidden storage space in the trunk. I'm not sure that I like that over a spare tire, though. Lol
For anyone with kids, that space would be great for things that you want to have with you for a particular season. For instance, maybe boogie boards, goggles, sand pails and shovels, a medical kit with bandaids, etc. It's a lot easier than packing up the kids and all that stuff every time that you want to go to the beach! Oh well, I'll keep saving up for it and praying that the interest rates come back down after this global rough patch. Who knows, maybe the Bolt will be even better by then!

I think the shift set up is brilliant. I drive a manual currently so I understand the need for a lever, but on automatics it just seems like a waste of space.

I would personally like to see a side by side comparison of the size between a bolt ev and bolt EUV. The EUV looks much bigger but am being told that it’s the same size almost.

I love the one pedal driving with our 2022 Bolt EV! Probably my favourite feature. My wife can't get used to it though - no comment. I would add to the list of what I love about the car is the ability to charge at 10 KW per hour on level 2. I agree with you on the recall, I don't even think about it. Way way way more risk of destroying the car in an accident by just driving it.

I just bought an EV, and every point you made i 100% agree with. Its such a sick car. Arguable the EV is a compact SUV and the EUV is a normal SUV size. I have 3 kids and I can fit 3 kids seats in the back, stroller plus weekend bags for everyone. Literally does everything my old SUV did. The tech is awesome. The entire idea of owning an electric car takes over any conversation when I’m with ppl with them asking countless questions. I cannot pick one favourite thing, I love everything.

One of my favorite features on my Bolt EUV is holding down the unlock button on the key fob and watching all the windows go down.

I have a 2022 Bolt EUV Premier on order, named Snow Phoenix, in Bright Blue Metallic, Gray Interior with the Sun and Sound Package (I dont like Super Cruise that much to want it) the day before every single Bolt EV/EUV was recalled. Im excited to finally take delivery eventually and I keep replaying your videos since I am so intrigued and want one so badly.

As a manual transmission driver for almost all of my life, how dare automatic transmission people complain about the lack of stick manipulation with these buttons ? You aren't even getting REAL stick action, I mean pleased, get a reality check

I love your Bolt EUV videos! I would love to get one someday. My friend just got a Tesla and he can watch Netflix and YouTube on the infotainment system. Does the Bolt EV/EUV have something like that? I know the DC fast charging time is a bit slower with the Bolt, so it would be awesome to be able to watch some movies while waiting.
