LG India has the worst customer support and technical
service. Their technician cannot repair their own LG products and Customer
Support will answer your concerns after months. They should prioritize their
customer more. We are not getting any support from India service support. We
are requesting to help us on how we repair the Side by Side Refrigerator unit
we bought in UAE and we are willing to pay the necessary cost to do the same.

Don't buy lg once you get the fridge the compressor will die and lg won't honor your warranty.
