I love how this is slowly turning into a bird channel

I really like this mix of usual content and stuff that would usually end up in a 2nd channel! I'd love to see more of that in the future!

As a European I was totally amazed to hear a completely different natural ambient noise when I visited Australia...
Yes, you can find something like blackbirds but being outside generally sounds totally different!

Imagine one day if there were no bird calls, the silence would be deafening.

They’re actually just asking for more puzzles.

When the dog started barking I was like "wow I wonder what bird that was". Yes I'm dumb.

These 3D printed birds look and sound very convincing. Well done!

Only ever seen these birds in cages over here in the UK! Pretty cool to see them roaming free around Australia!

This is pretty different from your usual stuff, but I really like it. It's really cool that you're able to step outside of the 3D printing niche and do videos like this, too. Don't be afraid to do that more often, this was really enjoyable.

I always refer to it as “the Pterodactyls are restless.” 😂

That's fantastic. Such fantastic sights and sounds, I envy you Angus.

I live near a military air base (specifically, a relatively short distance from the runway's take-off path).
The noises I put up with are significantly louder, far less pleasant, at unpredictable times and for unknown durations (everyone in the vicinity should get hazard pay when practicing touch-n-goes).
We do occasionally still have loud birds at dusk and dawn but they're so much more pleasant to hear.

We have the fun where at a certain hour of the day whereby the cockatoo army flies over, it's a crackle of about 30-50 birds who make their presense VERY well announced lol. Quite spectacular seeing all them flying with that undulating fluid-like movement that large numbers of birds do. They usually do it the arvo/morning, and make their way around town.

we had the same problems back at my parents place, there was a huge tree the pink and greys loved to roost in, we would see hundreds of them in there

I remember when going to High school in Dural, the birds sometimes made so much noise it was impossible to hear the principal talking during the weekly assembly (we always were outside) for this.

VERY cool! I had no idea that you guys had tropical birds in that number, among urbanized areas. Thanks for sharing.
