Women back to work program.
Vapasi, a #TalkTechToHer initiative from Thoughtworks helps experienced women technologists who are currently on a career break, resume their tech journeys. The last 20 batches of Vapasi tailored for Developers and Quality Analysts saw more than 250+ women participate in the returnee program. Many of our Vapasi graduates are enjoying productive career paths at Thoughtworks and other companies.



This free and Thoughtworks certified technical training program will sharpen attendees’ programming and testing skills. The tools at hand are hands-on sessions, mentoring engagements, multiple interactions with leadership and fellow participants.

This #Vapasi2022 is a great opportunity for women who are on a career break.

** Thoughtworks is running this program for every quarter of the year and they have completed 16 batches.

** They do this train and hire program mainly for Developers & Quality Analysts positions
exclusive for women techies.

** 250+ women participated and got employment with Thoughtworks.

** For this 21st batch the Position is:
For Developer

** Location
- Chennai, Hyderabad, Gurgaon
- Japipur & Kolkata (Non-Thoughtworks location: Work from anywhere option would be provided)
- It is a Virtual Training

** Eligibility
- 3+ years of experience as a software developer

- Career break 1 to 8 years

- Working experience in Java or any Oops language

This 21st batch will have 2 Categories
(Based on the years of career break)

1. Vapasi (For career break of 3 to 8 years)

This Program will have 5-week training
Duration: May 30th, 2022 to June 27th, 2022




2. Vapasi Accelerator (career break of 1 to 3 years)

This Program will have 2 ½ weeks of intensive training (Fast Track mode)

Duration: May 30th,2022 to June 7th, 2022

Selected candidates will be offered with 3 to 6 months internship
