To be a successful in a megacode scenario, an ACLS provider must know the appropriate therapies, drugs and doses used in the ACLS algorithms and when to use which drug based on the situation. One must also be able to identify and interpret basic arrest and pre-arrest cardiac rhythms. Remember that providing good ACLS always begins with good High Quality BLS skills.
