Bruno Mossa de Rezende (born 2 July 1986) is a Brazilian volleyball player who is currently a member of Brazil men's national volleyball team and Italian club Modena Volley.

The son and of the legendary Brazilian coach Bernardo Rezende, he is one of the most accomplished setters and volleyball players in the world. His accomplishments include: 2016 Olympic Champion, double silver medalist of the Olympic Games (Beijing 2008, London 2012), 2010 World Champion, double gold medalist of the World Grand Champions Cup (2009, 2013), South American Champion (2007, 2009, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2021), multimedalist of the World League, Pan American Games, Brazilian Champion (2004, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013), Italian Champion (2016, 2019).

Unfortunately he is not the best anymore. He hasn't been playing well in the past three years. Nevertheless, he is still an icon in brazilian volleyball and we will always be grateful for everything he did in the national team.

when a player plays for another country in club volleyball, is there typically a particular season where they play for their national team and during some off season, they play for a club team (another country)? how is the timing negotiated? is there some way that the player avoids playing on another country's club team against their own national team? or are club games completely different from national games?

Brazil needs a replacement setter that is taller than Bruno (190cm) if he retires. Fernando is even shorter (185cm) that's why he's having a hard time to block an opponent.
