Cheap aftermarket seals or copper washer failure is what causes this. I only use factory seal kits. Pay 50$ more and do the job 1 time and be done with it.

I hd just replaced every o ring on my injector, had coolant in cyinder 6 and 8 so i am about to replace the cups. It has 350k so i am not too surprised

My o rings looked like that and worse on my dmax, did you have any symptoms???

What’s the best way to install them, putting a set in my bucket truck right now and I don’t want this to happen lol
