I changed mine before but Facebook changed it back. I know it was changed because I have a record of messaging people my Facebook URL and it was the way I had set it. Anyhow, this is now Mar 2023, and though the settings are in a different place, you still follow the actual steps that you said, and it worked the same way. Thanks for this. 🙂

Good day friends. As of Spring 2024.. For a BUSINESS account:

Click on Business photo in the menu
Settings & privacy
Settings
Page setup
Click on "View" beside the name option
Edit username

I just created a business account and it won't allow me to do edits on the desktops version and only the mobile app version and I don't see any options on the mobile app version. Please help!

Facebook has changed. After I click Settings & Privacy, then go to Settings, BUT there is now neither a "General Profile Settings" nor a "username". There is an "Access Profile Information" but nowhere to change my username or URL inside!

Google search is showing a Facebook account link to someone who has the same name as mine. Opened, it shows her page, that's all good BUT if you click the back button on her page it opens my page which should all be private. It's opened to anyone to come in and even change my settings. FB not helping numbers leading to possibly more scammers 😏. I've found this video and I've gone in to see if changing my url would help, . This POSSIBLE cliche. 🤞...if not any advice?
