Hey girlie!!! I think people want to give you a hard time about cereal because of its ingredients. Fruity pebbles for example have a bunch of color in them and bad seed oils and BHT and BHA which if you look up you’ll probably never eat anything that has that stuff in it again (lol) but people have to also understand you can educate someone without judging and let them be their own advocate for what they want to put in their body. Just because they wouldn’t eat fruity pebbles or give it to their kids doesn’t mean they should judge you for doing it. ❤

Girl I have cereal 3 times per week in my lifestyle changes and I'm losing weight to. I incorporate cereals that range from special k zero sugar and Catalina crunch "keto" options to Kashi Go lean and Kellogg's pumpkin spice or special k chocolate delight. Even crunchy raisin bran. The key approach with cereal is I don't do a full serving (moderation) and I pair it with a protein shake or fairlife fat free milk for added protein. Anyone can have cereal as long as it's done the right way.... moderation. Just like if I want to have a donut, I'm going to have a donut....but in moderation.

I love the Downy scent boosters. I can’t use the Gain products because of allergies. The brisket is actually a good price since it’s cooked. My husband is from Texas, so we frequently visit his family there & we eat brisket when we go. It costs a lot more than that there!
