I personally am basically only buying things that are on sale. Example every year around this time rib roasts and NY Strip roasts go on sale, that being said I buy as many pounds of each as I can, I have a butchers knife and FoodSaver. I just bought 50 lbs and I cut them into steaks, I double seal each FoodSaver bag and into the deep freezer they go, I've been doing this for years and they will stay good for 18-24 months. At $5 a pound for all those steaks is amazing. Glad that you are feeling better Ed and thank you for the video.

Broomsticks solid wood . Not only have they quadrupled in price but would be very handy to keep a distance from someone could even attach something to it .

Thankfully some dollar store items haven't increased.
Matches, candles and batteries have stayed the same from even a few years ago.
At least here in Ontario.

Thanks. I think things are going to get bad a lot quicker than most think. I feel it will be sudden.

If you put a firebrick under the tea kettle it will get wicked hot and it won’t scream like that

Ed I heard that some people ( women) in Cali have been followed home from buying groceries and getting robbed for their months worth of groceries…if this is starting now while food in stores just emagine how things will get when no food in stores

Just wanted to say, I bought a few Legacy Food entree buckets a while back. Get them while you can, no regrets here.

Since 2007 I have been buying $125 a month in freeze dried foods - that same order now is just under $200 a month - when you can find them - shortages galore

Try "sg ammo" or "surplus ammo" in Montana better than most prices and you can get bulk. They also carry most accessories.

Glad to see you are doing better. You have talked about prepping for people but was wondering your ideas on prepping for pets such as dogs, cats, chickens, or rabbits?
