IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. First time trying a Chloe workout ! Love that this is low impact bc I work out at home, not gym. I also don’t like when my family members see me workout and this quiet and noise friendly ! The short rest breaks really got me so even this low intensity felt hard for me but I feel good, thank you for sharing this :)

I like this low impact exercise the most as it is intense and yet not tiring. And really pushes you through the workout. And sweats like anything but makes you feel proud.

I'm on the half of my first program, it's 4 weeks long, and few days ago I was feeling down because I wasn't seeing any results, but today I caught myself in the mirror and my butt is almost cellulite free and my legs are on the way there too, thanks Chole! Don't give up guys!!

I'm almost done with her 2 weeks shred challenge and I've noticed how much stronger I've gotten...will continue to do those workouts plus choose to do some others at random. I love that she takes them slow, not fast like so many other workout videos making it so hard to keep up. Her videos are perfect pace

Me and my mom work out together! 🥰

We went on a diet with so called "universal diet guides" and it made whole lotta difference! We lost belly fat more quickly (even she's older) 💪 For all middle age woman out there combine your workouts with any of diet guides and you can see better results in less than 30 days 🚀

Chloe, since I've started your workouts & cleaned up my diet (started late August/early September of this yr) I've went from 201.3 to 173.2 as of this morning. My strength, endurance, stamina, etc, is drastically improving. I have my sluggish days like anyone but the 2 main things that are my golden rules are do not quit & watch what I eat & how much.

Due to my depression I stopped doing workouts a few months ago and also picked up bad habits again like binge eating, etc.. I currently have the motivation to start working out again, but I don't feel like I have the highest energy level right now and therefore didn't know how or where to start. Thank you for posting this workout and thank you that it's mainly done in a standing position <3 That'll help me to slowly get back on track.
