I feel like Lavish Lair is indeed the best named drop spot pour very agressive Zero Build players...But, I think Hazy Hillside is more suited for a lot of players who are not as agressive in their playstyle.

Personally the house near the yacht (and at the yacht) is a better loot path and you can get full shield within 5 sec and full metal which is the hardest material to get now since they fixed mat drops for wood and stone
