Plaintiff: "Nooo.... I wasn't driving at that time. I was walking everywhere 'cause I wanted to see more trees. Also I was getting my license renewed the day that I got kicked out and left my wallet behind and the DMV gave me my new license right then and there. So that's why I was able to survive without a license."
