As an example, I was never a Bryson fan until I started watching him show up on youtube videos with others and his own channel. Now I pull for him every time he plays. It's so good to see some of these guys "behind the scenes" or casually and see their personalities come out.

The big question is, does Rick use the claw grip at mini-golf?

Bryson having a YouTube channel and going on other people's channel has completely changed my mind of him. His personality really comes out and I've become a fan.

The LIV coverage is so much better than the pga right now, to me. Pga show more golf, more people’s shots. Just my opinion.

I just don't get how you or anyone says there is no pressure on AK. He had 10 events to sink or swim. He now has 8. This is the rest of his life he is playing for. He plays lousy he's gone. He plays good he has a second chance on a career in golf. I can't imagine the pressure of what amounts to this audition. I will say his interviews seem he has his priorities straight. A pleasure to listen to. I can't imagine what his life was like prior to this. He says he is blessed and I believe him...

Important to note that Scotty Scheffler did more than just change to a mallet putter. He changed his alignment process. He went from using the line on the ball to set his alignment to target, to using the alignment on the putter to set his alignment therefore setting the putter first then aligning his body to the putter versus ball. It's more than an equipment change, it's a process change.

I like and appreciate both of you, but my suggestion to Guy would be to reserve his judgment on many topics for a while. He seems toooo eager to comment on things before giving them enough chance to succeed. Again, appreciate you both for the content, but just some observations.

Anyone who followed the PGA Tour when AK was a younger lad, he was one of the few guys who moved the needle. Tiger obviously was the needle, but AK was a kid who had a ton of buzz and interest. Recently he had turned into more of an enigma. What happened to him? Has there been a sighting? Etc. So to see the interest, especially from the US crowd makes total sense. As far as him not making it out on the tour, he got injured and took an insurance payout, that is the primary reason why he disappeared. Also not "loads" of guys who left the tour 12 years ago could go out and shoot 5 under. If it was that easy they would all do it.

How can you call LIV an exhibition for letting AK participate but not the PGA for giving YouTube golfers an opportunity to play in a genuine PGA event...

Bryan Bros are the best at balancing that top quality want to win golf with a great personality, especially Wesley

You talk about AK being an exhibition golfer but what is Tiger Woods now? He is a shell of the player he was and kids growing up watching golf hear about the great tiger woods but then see him now and think he is rubbish.

Barely been watching the PGA the last few weeks. LIV has been much more entertaining

Can’t believe AK has been playing clubs he purchased stock off the website. Can’t wait to see him once he’s had a chance to catch up on modern technology and course management strategies like Decade.

The reason AK has been given this opportunity is because he is unique. There is a reason why you dedicated time of this podcast to talk about him. You wouldn't be talking about any other guy shooting +6, +2, -5.. long time golf fans want to see him play and it's a fun journey to follow. That alone merits his spot on LIV. If you weren't around 16 years ago you probably don't care as much and that's fair, but a lot of older people are genuinely interested in seeing him back. There has never been a story like this before, where a truly top 10 player just vanished, gave up the game and out of nowhere comes back to compete.. I would much rather watch him and his journey than some dude who can shoot -2 day in day out.. that being said, I would also love to see Robbo on LIV xD

No pressure?! That statement alone, you have to recognize you’re just a hater. What about pga pro ams? Not gimmicky? They don’t feel pressure? You guys talk about pressure making YouTube vids while you golf but ak had no pressure?! 😂 wild take

It’s made for TV golf. What’s wrong with LIV being more entertaining golf than competition golf? Isn’t that the point? Half the golfers (including DJ) are clearly famous and past their prime. AK’s story is well worth the money so far.

I loved AK when I was starting golf in 2008 he was my favorite after Tiger at that time

Guy, I would say that AK has no pressure, or it means nothing is unfair. I am sure it means everything to AK, his family, and his future in golf. If he doesn't perform, it will be short-lived, and he will return to obscurity. If that is not pressure, I don't know what is.
