Thx for the effort, but none of this worked. No matter what I do the time is always 1 hour behind on my PC unless I set it manually. And it's really frustrating when some apps are out of sync due to that. (Whatsapp, faceit for example). Btw the first time I did the cmd codes I got the error, but after reboot the codes went in, though it didn't do anything.
