This no knead ciabatta bread recipe is one of the easiest bread recipes you’ll ever make. With only a few ingredients, you’ll be able to enjoy this home made ciabatta. Fall in love with its crispy crust and soft, light and airy interior.
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups bread flour
1 tsp. instant yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 cups water
*extra flour for dusting
* NOTE:
After the overnight proofing, expect to smell a strong, yeasty aroma. THAT IS WHAT YOU WANT!
You don’t want to punch the dough after proofing because you want to preserve the bubbles/ gas you’ve created during the overnight proofing.
You want to preheat your oven to 450 F. It is best to have a hot oven before putting the dough in.
I know you’ll be tempted to slice the bread immediately after baking but please cool the bread completely before slicing.
