the owner said that he cant make a chopper so he just put a speaker insid and played the p 50 sound but why did it shake after the sound started

I want to take a shot at making a mini siren I made a Bosai Musem out of cardboard and used my google home mini for the speaker how ever I might get a 3D printer do you know where I can get one for cheap and still have good quality?
